On some sites Auto-fill can't reliably select the option. If that happens, switch the answer method in Advanced to Highlight (it marks the correct option for you to click) or Clipboard (it copies the answer so you can paste it), or use Screenshot Solve. Auto-fill, Highlight, and Clipboard are all available.
How do I turn AI Quiz Solve on and off?
