Each time you double-tap a question or send a query to AI Quiz Solve, it counts as one question. Follow-up explanations and rephrases each count as separate questions.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. You can switch between billing periods anytime from your account portal. When switching to yearly, you save over 20% compared to monthly billing.

What happens when I hit the free daily limit?

You'll see a friendly notification letting you know you've reached your daily limit. The limit resets at midnight UTC. You can upgrade to Pro for unlimited questions anytime.

Is there a refund policy?

Since the free plan gives you 10 questions per day and 3 screenshot solves with no commitment, Pro is only needed when you're sure you want more. If you believe there's a genuine issue, reach out to us via email and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.

How do I get started with Pro after paying?

After payment, we'll email you a Pro token. Paste it into the extension settings and you're all set — unlimited questions, instantly.
